What is Email Pairing?
You need to activate Email Pairing when you use a different email address to receive inquiries for Town Guide, Find Job, Hot List, and other services from a log-in email address.
The following is an example of Email Pairing:

Log-in email address: A@vivinavi.com
Find Job email address: B@vivinavi.com

If you set up as above, B@vivinavi.com will be paired with A@vivinavi.com.
Other accounts will not be able to use B@vivinavi.com anymore.
If you do not activate Email Pairing, you cannot see email history on Message of Panel.
Moreover, if B@vivinavi.com is used for another account by mistake, it will no longer be available to receive inquiries.
To avoid any other related problems, please remember to activate Email Pairing.


1. Enter a different email address to receive inquiries for advertisement from a log-in email address.
2. B@vivinavi.com will receive an email to activate Email Pairing.
3. Click URL in Email Pairing Activation email.


1. Visit Biz Panel.
2. Click Undo Email Pairing.
3. Click [X] to undo Email Pairing.
